Ok I hear so many opposing opinions on this...
Obviously I am NOT looking to bulk up. Does raising your resistance level deter the point of cardio if you are looking to maintain or lose weight? Thanks. I am doing level 13 on eliptical. I was doing much less before.
I know burning a calorie is burning a calorie but I don't want to encourage size or muscle growth.

That varies from machine to machine. So, i couldn't tell you.
But, I seriously doubt you'll bulk from a elipital machine. You'll need weight resistance.
PS. you are f-ing hot!!!!!

no thats fine...that will tone you
you would have to be doing heavy squats to get 'big' (legs, though it stimulates testosterone in guys..a core exercise along with the bench/curls)..good for the butt though, LOL
most girls i know dont bulk up/get big, unless its through some artificial means and/or they are REALLY trying to get big...
pics, pics!

I'll post pics in January after my trip. Nothing exciting. I want to work harder and see what I can get done.
