How'd you break your toe? That sucks.

Have you tried riding any of the stationary bikes? If you can't do that, maybe you should focus on upper body (dumbells) until your toe heals.

Incident involving a large bag. PS. Thanks for the sincere advice. I tried to put my sneakers on today but it wasn't worth the pain. I do appreciate the response.

Why don't you just chill for a while? Maybe your over worked bones are one of the reasons your toe got broken?:555:

My toe broke because it got slammed. Trust me nothing about my workout or lifestyle is overworked. LOL At best i'm average.

How long ago did you injure?
How bad is it?

Even if not working a body part near the injured toe, you'd still want to lay off exercise for awhile due to the increased blood flow could lead to localized edema. If its been a week or 2 you will probably be okay...
