Do you guys ever see yourselves falling off of your routines? What do you do to ensure that you stay focused and consistent with your routine?

Ive been having BIG problems staying with mine right now. Issue being....175lb, 13, 14% body fat, cant decide for the fucking life of me whether to cut or bulk. Neither is inspiring me, Im right in a limbo. I do one for 2 weeks then think 'wah wah Im getting too flabby', then do the other and think 'wah wah Im only 169lb thats way too skinny'. Basically Im being a whiney bitch, its getting pathetic. Plan to sit down with a pen and paper tonight and come to a damn decision and plough through with it, one way or another.:boxing:

What works best for me, is doing the exercises on planned days, like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. When I try working out every other day I am more likely to deviate.

I talk to a friend who is consistent at the gym. The addicts are good motivators. They convince me to get off my a@# and hit the gym. I'm not a fanatic when it comes to fitness. I don't push myself that hard but I get by.

Obviously you don't buy the line that working out daily doesn't give your muscles a chance to grow. Do you change up your routine to work out different muscles groups each day or what?

I find that just putting on my nike 360's puts me in workout mode...they're kind of like magic.

Diesel was born with muscles. How dare you question his workout regimen!

They are worth the price. Truly are. Expensive but who cares. You are worth it right. Some people at my gym spend a lot on their gym clothes. I rather skip on that and buy a solid pair of shoes.

Watching clips of some great fighters train is very motivational. Floyd is a machine. Check out some of his clips on youtube. If that doesn't motivate you I don't know what will.
